Participation fees
The basic fee of 4 euros per day applies to all participants and serves to covers costs of renting the premises and of the organization generally.
Accomodation
In addition to the basic fee, for those who wish to be accomodated on the premises:
— Accomodation within the building (the “Pavillon”): 3 euros per night.
— Accomodation at the camping site: 2 euros per nuit.
Meals
The cost of the meals will be divided among those who participate in them.

Reduced fees
Reduced fees can be granted to those who have reduced income. Any donations collected in support of the Estivales will serve in particular to allow all those interested to participate, whatever their means.
Fees for children
Children who accompany their parent(s) without participating themselves in the Estivales are not required to pay the basic fee.
Under ten years of age they pay half-price for the meals.
However, they pay the full price for the accomodation.

Sheets
If you need sheets (see sleeping/eating), it will cost you 4,30€/night.
Registration
Advance registration is not at all required!
However, it is a nice thing to do, since it allows us to forsee somewhat the number of participants, and also eases the burden of the advance payments we must make. It also ensures that a bed will be kept for you, if you choose accomodation on the premises.
Calculate the total fee according to the above tables, and make out a cheque to the Éditions Sentience. Send the cheque, and a note indicating that it is for a registration at the Estivales and including your name, your planned arrival and departure dates, your telephone number, cellphone number, email address and your choice of accomodation, to the following address:
